These terms define the basic rules for using IAna, subscribing to plans, and handling responsibility for data, channels, and payments.
1. Platform Use
IAna is a support, sales, and AI automation platform for companies. The customer is responsible for keeping authorized users, connected channels, and operational data accurate.
2. Plans, Add-ons, and Limits
Plans and add-ons have their own usage limits, resources, and billing cycles. Add-ons are only effective when there is an active and paid base plan in good standing.
3. Payments and Suspension
Overdue or unresolved charges may suspend operational resources, including message sending, automations, and AI actions. Financial access remains available for regularization.
4. Channels and Third Parties
Integrations with WhatsApp, Instagram, email, AI providers, and payment providers depend on third-party services and their rules.
5. Data and Security
The customer must use the platform lawfully and maintain coherent internal permissions. IAna applies security controls and processes data according to the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
Intrasocial may update these terms to reflect product, billing, security, or legal changes. Relevant changes will be communicated when necessary.
